Plaintiff's Preliminary Injunction Bond

Now, therefore, if the Principal(s) shall pay to the Obligee(s) any damages, not exceeding the amount of this bond, which the Obligee(s) may sustain by reason of the injunction if the court finally decides that the Principal(s) was not entitled to the injunction, then this obligation shall be void; otherwise to remain in full force and effect. In no event shall the total liability of the Surety exceed the amount stated on the bond.
