Meet Traci Shoemaker, owner and operator of Performance Insurance and Financial Services. Traci is a University of Iowa graduate, holding a degree in social work, an active Rotarian, member of several chambers of commerce, and mother of two. Traci lives in central Des Moines and works from the Performance office north of downtown.

As a former social worker and current community advocate, Traci understands the challenges Iowans face, so she created the Performance Cares Giving Program. Traci and her daughter, Carissa, manage the giving program, allowing Iowans to Give More without Giving More by donating income to the community.
